Conditions under which refunds are issued for our flat fee listing service.
Short version: Because we begin work immediately upon payment — submitting your listing to the MLS — refunds are generally not available once the MLS submission process has started. Refunds are available only in the specific situations described below.
Peak Trust Realty LLC provides a flat fee MLS listing service. Upon receipt of payment of $118, we begin the process of preparing and submitting your property to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Due to the immediate nature of this work, refunds are limited as described below.

If you wish to withdraw your active MLS listing, we will remove it upon your written request at no additional charge. Listing withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund of the flat fee already paid.
To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of payment with your name, email, and order details:
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
